Responsibilities:

Selling Company product - Taking collection from party & deposit in company Account.

• Providing service to the customer by going at their premises.

• Mobile should on & every call of the customer should be taken come in professional manner.

• Every day Report to Admin office regarding your collection taken for market.

• Should maintain every collection taken from party or market (Sale/BC/AMC etc) in format given by company with all complete filled columns and should be submit on last day or before by of the month in company through mail and hard copy courier in company.

• TMA Provide the Customer with knowhow, advice and guidance relating to the Business.

• Software sold as a license for use & as it is basis. There is no time frame for working but you have to manage as per the requirement of customer & company.

Terms & Condition :

• Will not associate with any other Company, Who is working in similar field like stock Inventory & Accounts Software.
• From Net payable PF & ESI will be deducted & TDS 5% will be deducted or can change for this rate as per Government direction..
• Always payment should be on the Name of Dynode Software Technology (P) Ltd., Patna.
• You have to submit - Monthly collection Report on last day of every month with detail in Prescribed Format.
• Service call transferred (TRO) must be close within period of 24 hours.
• At least 10 Thousand NCR is must in a month by TMA otherwise 2.5 % less commission percentage will be applicable from next month Commission payable.
• Every responsibility lies on TMA regarding marketing activity, support activity in Field security, Insurance.
• Offer is purely based on Commission, collected by the TMA from customer & TMA is not liable to ask any other favors from Company.
• This Commission is included everything like Food, Expense, any accidental Insurance, Night stay or any other expenses which is needed to complete the task.
• Corporate mobile number provided by the company to the TMA is meant for sale, service and promotion of company’s product only and it should not be used for any other purpose. And if company found any illegal activities using the corporate mobile number provided by the company can take legal action against the TMA.
• Monthly Mobile bill – Max- 300 is Allowed If Mobile No. Has been Issued By Company.
• Flexible payable package Consisting fixed & variable pay & PF & ESI will be on fixed pay as per Norms & on remaining variable TDS – 5% will be deducted.
• TDS will be deducted as per Income Tax Law.
• Terms & condition can be changed without any prior intimation & You have to follow the changed norms.
• This offer is not an Employment offer by company & your payment is totally based on your collection (NCR).
• You have submitted 2 blank cheque for security purpose to company
